The Olympic Legacy Facility from the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics has been repurposed into a Winter Training Center, offering state-of-the-art training and education facilities for athletes specializing in winter sports.

- The Pyeongchang Winter Training Center was opened on April 26, 2023.
- The facility features 96 double occupancy rooms capable of accommodating up to 160 individuals, alongside training amenities such as a weight training area, fitness assessment room, and multipurpose sports hall.
- Additional facilities include a medical center comprising physiotherapy, examination, and hydrotherapy rooms, as well as cafeteria, multipurpose rooms, conference rooms, athlete lounge, video analysis rooms, conditioning room, sauna, laundry facilities, a book cafe, billiards, and table tennis area.
